Another marvelous red from veteran winemaker Nick Goldschmidt. This Bordeaux-styled wine is rich, smooth and pefect for casual dining. Fruit sourced from all the great locations in Alexander Valley makes this wine complex but not fussy. The Merlot offers a round and silky mouthfeel, while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and Petit Verdot gives tannins, color and enhances the flavor. Few winemakers offer such quality for the price.

Hints of gravel dust and barrel notes of vanilla, sandalwood and baking spices. Plush and polished tannins, opulent and elegant. Flavors span the spectrum from red and blue to black fruits. Savory layers of cedar and dried herbs with toasted almonds and caramelized sugar.
