Fred's Ruby Red Cocktail is an ode to our Grandpa Fred - a down-to-earth farmer with a contagious, effervescent charm. We took Grandpa Fred's appreciation for the bounties of the land and set out to craft a cocktail that showcases the finest and brightest ingredients. The mixture of luscious, aromatic, ruby red grapefruit, juicy lime, and crisp mint creates a bold cocktail tamed only by a light touch of organic agave.

Boutique cocktail in a bottle. Really.
I love good specialty cocktails but rarely have the opportunity to go out. I found Austin Cocktails while looking in the seltzer and cider section at the store, and decided to give Fred’s Ruby Red a try.
It’s a lovely drink worth every penny - the flavors of grapefruit, lime, and mint are bright, fresh, natural, and very drinkable. Slightly herbal in the best way possible, enhanced with a touch of subtle sweetness. We drank this over ice in plastic cups by the pool but I imagine it’ll be even better shaken and sipped with a fresh lime twist.
