The Monterey County Chardonnay displays juicy tropical and floral notes mixed with hints of vanilla and spice. Flavors of mandarin orange, lime and pippin apple give way to clover honey and toasted sugar notes. With age, tropical caramel aromas will develop beautifully in this wine.
