Viognier and Fiano are varieties of recent introduction in Guadalupe Valley, Baja California. These varieties are grown in the "Campo Manaz" vineyard, on the east side of Guadalupe Valley, reason for its name.

Nice and firm acidity with a long and elegant finish.
