Mouthwatering acidity makes flavors of orange liqueur, ginger, toffee and toasted hazelnuts dance across the palate, with a streak of Hyde's signature minerality adding focus and length to a complex and satisfying finish. This is a beautiful example of what can be achieved from grand cru-caliber site in an exceptional vintage.
