Very nicely done on the nose with a wealth of brambleberries, dark cherries, mocha, dark chocolate, licorice and bay leaf. Full-bodied and really delicious, carrying layers of dark fruit through succulent and polished tannins. Drink from 2021.

Intense ruby red, becoming garnet over time. Ample, persistent, elegant bouquet with a pronounced toasty component imparted by the barriques. Palate is dry, particularly soft and robust.
