The Zisola Noto Rosso 2022 is a single-varietal Nero d'Avola from the Mazzei family's estate near Noto, Sicily - considered the grape's ancestral home. Grown on limestone-rich soils just miles from the sea and trained using the traditional "alberello" method, this wine balances exuberant red fruit with savory depth and vibrant acidity. Aged 10 months in small French oak barrels (33% new), it delivers structure, finesse, and a true sense of place.
