Made from 50% Macabeo, 40% Xarel-lo, and 10% Ugni Blanc, it celebrates classic Spanish varieties while honoring their place in Mexico's winemaking heritage. In the glass, it glows straw-yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of Meyer lemon blossom, jasmine, and ripe pear mingle with a delicate hint of brioche, leading to a fresh, dry palate layered with green apple, white flowers, and bright acidity that carries through to a long, elegant finish.
