It is made like the still expression, but the CO2 in the sparkling version really balances the residual and makes it appear drier than it it is. LEITZ EINS ZWEI ZERO REISLING
Very tasty; goes down like a real Riesling. Can't taste any difference from the alcoholic version. One problem: Packaging is very wasteful. Lots of styrofoam. They're cans, they don't need to be coddled that much. Let's coddle the Earth instead.
