This 250mL can of non-alcoholic sparkling rose is 100% pinot noir, and the same expression as the bottled version. The grapes macerate for 6 hours prior to pressing. The CO2 really balances out the residual sugar, making it appear drier than it it is. Because of that, it's even more wine-like! This refreshing sparkler exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality. An incredibly refreshing single serving; or, a convenient, light cocktail mixer.

Love this stuff! Since I can’t drink anymore this is the next best thing. It’s so good! Just like the regular sparkling rose.
