James Suckling Review
Rated 93
Nicely balanced with fresh acidity and a pleasing mouthfeel. Light- to medium-bodied, snappy and crunchy, showing flavors of green apples, limes and yuzu alongside some delicate white-flower notes. A bit of spice in the finish. Drink now.

Winemaker Gilles Nicault has experimented with Chardonnay since the beginning of the Long Shadows collaboration to perfect a proprietary fermentation process and stye found in this wonderfully expressive wine.

Wine Tasting Notes
Long Shadows DANCE Columbia Valley Chardonnay presents a captivating aroma, filled with the enticing scents of exotic tropical fruits, white peach, and a subtle touch of honey. Its texture is luxuriously smooth and thick, unveiling a harmonious blend of flavors including stone fruit, dried apricot, baking spice, and freshly baked bread. With its remarkable precision, the wine strikes a perfect balance, enhancing its expression and intricacy through a gentle acidity. The finish is delightful, leaving behind a pleasant fruity essence and a subtle trace of minerality.
