Winemaking Details

This Barbaresco is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from various vineyards within the Barbaresco appellation. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks at 28°C (83°F) for 20 days, with pumping over twice daily. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for six months in large oak barrels before bottling.
