The 2023 Shafer Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay comes from Shafer's sustainably farmed estate vineyard in the cool Carneros region. Whole?cluster pressed and fermented with wild yeast in a mix of French oak and stainless steel, this vintage showcases vibrant acidity, flinty minerality, and beautifully ripe fruit. With no malolactic fermentation, the wine retains its natural freshness and precision while delivering signature Shafer richness.
